- ✓1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- ✓1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- ✓2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- ✓1 tbsp lemon juice
- ✓Salt and pepper to taste
- ✓4 slices bread
- ✓Lettuce leaves
- ✓Tomato slices
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with Bounwell's Real Mayonnaise.
- 2Add celery, red onion, and fresh dill. Mix well.
- 3Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- 4Toast the bread slices until golden.
- 5Spread additional mayonnaise on the bread if desired.
- 6Layer lettuce and tomato on one slice of bread.
- 7Top with the chicken salad mixture.
- 8Cover with the other slice of bread, cut in half, and serve.
