Ingredients
- ✓1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- ✓4 burger buns
- ✓4 slices cheddar cheese
- ✓1 large tomato, sliced
- ✓1 red onion, sliced
- ✓Lettuce leaves
- ✓1/2 cup Bounwell's Real Mayonnaise
- ✓2 tbsp ketchup
- ✓1 tbsp mustard
- ✓1 tsp pickle relish
- ✓Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- 2Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side for medium.
- 3Add cheese slices on top of patties during the last minute of cooking.
- 4Mix Bounwell's Real Mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish to make the special sauce.
- 5Toast the burger buns lightly.
- 6Spread the special sauce on both halves of the buns.
- 7Assemble burgers: bottom bun, lettuce, patty with cheese, tomato, onion, top bun.
